Looks like ODB has reached the end of his rope. After two years of zany, outrageous behavior, Hip Hop's clown prince may find himself behind bars for the next two years. As you know ODB has been assigned to a drug rehab house in Pasadena, California. He was assigned there under the condition that he follow the rules of his three year probation and that he stay sober and not get kicked out the house. ODB had to stay at the drug rehab for a year. Apparently after making a court appearance in New York last week, ODB managed to elude his escort and get drunk. When he returned to Cali, he was found to have a bottle of alcohol on him. As a result he was promptly kicked out the program and sent to jail. he is likely to be sentenced to two years because of his disregard for the rules. ODB's excuse for eluding his court required escort was he had just lost two close family members to illness. His aunt and grandfather passed away this past month. In any case , after a certain point, ODB's woes stop being funny and just become sad. Its obvious the man has mental problems in addition to his drug and alcohol addictions. Hopefully the man gets help. I'm not so sure how locking him up in jail will set him straight. |
